Memorial gathering held for man found along Route 403

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Daryl Vincent Lee Jr. was found shot to death on the side of Route 403 in July.

Family of the 44-year-old said they did not get to have a funeral because his body was too decomposed.

They said they gathered Saturday afternoon to give themselves, and community members, a chance for closure.

"We didn't really have a chance to say goodbye," Lee's uncle Dwight Webster said. "We wanted to offer the community an opportunity to say goodbye to a great man."
