Tyrone Ace Hardware collecting donations for Central PA Humane Society

Tyrone, PA (WJAC) — Tyrone Ace Hardware is continuing its annual tradition of helping the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.

Staff and family members have set up a handmade model train display, depicting our region's storied railroad history and local landmarks, and are encouraging customers to bring in donations to benefit the humane society near Altoona.

They are accepting pet food, cleaning supplies, and more.

Staff members say Tyrone sticks together and helps others, especially in times of tragedy as Tyrone has seen over the past months.

On December 23rd, those who have donated items for the humane society are eligible for prizes that have been donated from local businesses throughout Blair and Centre counties.
